First off, let me say congrats on your use of oil painting. For one blue moon ago I once tried oil painting, and it ended horribly. Secondly, that critique I'm going to give you.

I like how you did the reflections on your creatures. However, it's hard to tell if there's one under the blue creature. I can just barely see it, so what I would recommend would be to paint it in some other color that's different from the ground, but also matches the subject. Maybe a blue-gray, sky blue, just in some color so people can tell a reflection's there. Also you're outlines are a bit fuzzy. This is to be expected since this is one of your first oil paintings. Using one of those thin liner brushes will help, those straight, skinny ones, though you need a steady hand for those, but that'll come along with practice.

The main thing to do is just practice painting more. Which'll take a while, since painting is a time consuming endeavor. But I do think that this is a wonderful painting, surrealism is a thing for me. That's all I have to say, and I hope that helps.
