Last night my friend 
found a baby rat her cat had dragged into the house and we are trying to save it.
I went on a bunch of websites and walked her through making sure he stayed warm, and what kinda rat formula you can make at home. So anyways she is super busy today so I picked him up just a few hours ago, and I have him in a shoebox with towels and a heating pad underneath the box. He's a tiny little fellow probably just a week or so old andwe named him after our math teacher mr. alu

I know he probably has a small chance of survival but we are going to do our best.
I asked 2 local shelters if they could take him but they both don't really deal with rats so until I can find another shelter he is going to be staying in my room it seems. I bought some KMR formula for kittens and fed him some through an eyedropper, it was the cutest thing in the world.
I know I shouldn't get attached but he's adorable

Just wanted to pop back in here and let you guys know I'm alive and what's been going on with me. Last year was pretty tough on me and I dropped off a lot of things, I had some life changes happen, but I also was sick for nearly 10 months. I started with an upper respiratory and sinus infection which then led to me having a significant amount of breathing issues. I was wheezing and struggling for nearly all of those 10 months, my chest felt like one big bruise and I was so sleep deprived I could barely have any coherent thoughts. I nearly lost both of my jobs, I'm still so grateful they were so understanding and I pushed myself to my limits to keep showing up as much as I could. My doctors kept insisting it was just post nasal drip, which may have been part of it, but turns out I have pretty intense asthma and went nearly a year having 1-5 asthma attacks a day with no inhalers/meds. Fun stuff, I think my body is still recovering. Thankfully I'm mostly past that now, only to be stuck

Guest Artists?
I've tried my best to try and keep up and do some axolotl dragon designs, but I just don't have enough motivation. I'm going to make more of course, I thought it might be nice to have a few guest artists create some designs for in the meantime?
Let me know if you would be interested in creating a design! I'm looking for 2-3 guest artists (bonus points if we are mutuals), you will keep 100% of the funds and it'll be a flat sale. Probably looking to have the designs be priced at about $15-30? Post some adopt examples and I'll get in touch!

BLESS YOU. So many people wouldn't care to save an 'icky' rat... But rats are so friendly and adorable. I hope he survives. <3
