Terms of Service
Some rules that apply to my art, most everything here is pretty standard, failure to read and follow these rules will get you blacklisted.
General:
- You may NOT profit off my designs or art in anyway, unless stated otherwise; artwork you’ve purchased is used for personal use only
- You may NOT claim my artwork or designs as your own
- Do not reference, trace or color pick any of my art without explicit permission from me
- You may repost commissioned works and designs to DeviantArt, Furaffinity and Toyhou.se but please credit me in the comments
- None of my characters are for sale/trade unless it’s stated otherwise
Adoptables/Designs:
- Please note me if you need to retract a bid from an auction, I don’t take this lightly and if you become known to me as a person who does this often I will blacklist you
- You must be willing to pay, through paypal, within 48 hours
(If you need an extension note me and I’ll consider)
- You may not resell a design you purchased from me for a profit, it must be sold for the original price or less
- You may not make a species out of the designs I sell unless I give explicit permission to do so
- I’m usually really excited when people like the designs I sell so if you commission or draw art of a character you bought from me I’d love to see
(if it’s not nsfw, eh even if it is nsfw I still might wanna see it lol)
